Borrowing Instructions
When borrowing materials, you may first use the Library Catalog Search System to check availability. If the item is found, use the “Call Number” to locate it and bring your faculty/staff ID to the library’s first floor to complete the borrowing process. The number of items allowed, loan period, and renewals are listed below:
| Number of items allowed | Loan period | Maximum renewals |
| 5 items | 21 days | None |
Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are also counted within the loan period.
** Cannot be renewed or reserved.
For other related regulations, please refer to the Library Rules.
Return Box
To facilitate returns after library hours, a return box has been set up for readers to deposit books. Large books and accompanying media (such as CDs) that cannot fit in the return box should not be deposited. Any damage or loss is the borrower’s responsibility. The actual number of returned items and the return time will be confirmed by the library upon receipt. Readers are advised to check their personal borrowing records in the system within two days after returning items to ensure the items have been removed from their account. If not, please contact the library counter promptly to protect your rights.
Book Recommendation
If you need materials for teaching or research that the library does not yet have, you are welcome to recommend purchases. Providing complete and accurate bibliographic information will help expedite the acquisition process. Please complete the form and submit it to the library circulation counter.
If there is any discrepancy between the above information and the revised management regulations, the latest library management regulations shall prevail.
