The deadline for uploading electronic copies of theses to the library this semester is February 11, 2026. Thesis review takes approximately 3 business days (excluding holidays), so please allow sufficient time to avoid delays in completing your graduation procedures. The Academic Affairs Office states that students wishing to graduate this semester must complete their graduation procedures before the start of the second semester of the 2014 academic year.
Starting from the first semester of the 2011 academic year, graduate students will undergo online graduation procedures. After your electronic thesis has passed review, please submit two hard copies of your thesis to the library counter, and then follow the steps below for library review of your graduation:
STEP 1: Please log in to your account at the following website: http://toread.lib.nfu.edu.tw/toread/opac. The default username is your student ID number, and the default password is your ID card number (first letter must be capitalized). Students enrolled after 2012 should use the last six digits of their ID card number.
STEP 2: After logging in, please click on your name in the upper right corner.
STEP 3: After logging in, please click the "Departure Confirmation" button on the left side of the screen to complete the online library departure verification. (If you have any unreturned books or outstanding fines, you must return the books or pay the fines first; otherwise, you will not be able to use this function.)
【Special Reminder】
☆ The library reviews theses in the order they were uploaded. Please do not call, write, or visit in person to request to cut in line, as this may affect the rights of other graduates and the progress of their thesis review.
☆ Once you confirm your departure from campus, your library borrowing rights will be terminated, and the system cannot revert to its original state. Please do not click the button unless you are certain you are leaving campus!
