Polyunsaturated fatty acids can be classified into two types: "Omega-3 (w-3)" and "Omega-6 (w-6)".
Although both are polyunsaturated fatty acids, they have completely opposite effects.
During the event period, participants can complete the online quiz via the provided link. By December 10, the library will randomly select the top 16 participants with the most correct answers. The winners will be announced on the NFU Library website under Latest News. Each participant can submit multiple times, but can only win once.
